Kristen Bloschak came to the firm after litigating hundreds of cases as an in-house staff counsel attorney for a nationally-recognized insurer. In addition to her substantial deposition and motion experience, she has tried jury trials to verdict. She represents clients in disputes involving personal injury/premises liability, auto/commercial trucking, commercial matters and workers’ compensation.
