In consolidated appeals concerning long-running litigation over a multimillion-dollar estate, including disputes over inter vivos transfers and several wills, the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division affirming judgment was awarded the firm’s clients approximately $8.5 million. One action involved a challenged to the Chancery Court’s confirmation of an arbitrator’s award issued in the wake of several plenary hearings involving two weeks of testimony. The other suit concerned our clients’ successful challenge a trial to the validity of a will purportedly executed by the decedent. Partner Harry D. McEnroe handled the matter. The decision can be found on Westlaw at 2017 WL 1020583.
