Marc is a partner at Tompkins, McGuire whose practice is focused on litigation. Marc has extensive experience in handling a diverse civil case load in both state and federal courts. Marc has handled cases from inception through verdict, including successfully fending off appeals and petitions to the New Jersey Supreme Court for Certification. Marc works closely with the firm's consumer financial services litigation practice group. He represents consumer financial services clients involved in credit card and mortgage litigation, alleging violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth in Lending Act, and state law consumer protection statutes. Marc is also very active and involved with the firm's transportation law group, where he regularly tries jury cases throughout New Jersey and New York. In connection with this practice group, Marc has litigated many types of tort and contract cases including serious bodily injury, property damage, insurance coverage and construction contracts. While at the firm, Marc successfully completed the Trial Academy with the International Association of Defense Counsel which is held annually at the Stanford University School of Law.
