Eugene J. Sullivan is
a partner at Tompkins, McGuire practicing in
the areas of commercial Litigation, appellate
practice, construction law and government affairs.
Gene’s clients include the State University
of New Jersey, where he has been instrumental
in drafting and reviewing its statewide construction
contracts. Prior to going into private practice,
Gene worked for several years for the State
of New Jersey as Deputy and then Assistant Attorney
General in the New Jersey Division of Law.
