Andrew P. Zacharda is a partner at Tompkins, McGuire and practices in the areas of real estate related litigation (including title litigation and foreclosures), creditors' rights litigation and bankruptcy in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Additionally, Drew is on the roster of mediators for the Superior Court and Bankruptcy Court in New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Drew gained extensive experience representing mortgage lenders and servicing agents in a wide variety of litigated matters.
